ATAA and VNIIK Forms
IMPORTANT REMINDER ON ALL APPLICATIONS
The ATAA recommends that all documents (i.e. horse registration forms, photographs, DNA sample, and payment) be sent by certified mail. We also recommend that you keep duplicate copies for your records in the event they are lost in the mail.
INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL ALL COMPONENTS AND FEES ARE RECEIVED BY THE ATAA REGISTRAR. TO AVOID DELAY AND EXTRA FEES, MAKE SURE ALL ITEMS ARE SUBMITTED IN A SINGLE COMPLETE PACKAGE.
